“亚城之春”春节晚会 “Spring in Atlanta” Chinese New Year Gala Performance

农历2019己亥年正月初六申时,西元2019年2月10日下午三点整,曾经充满爵士乐、蓝调、摇滚和古典音乐百年盛名的亚特兰大The Rialto Center for the Arts里亚托艺术中心响起了欢快的全球华人熟悉的春之序曲,剧场内外人头攒动,座无虚席。由中华专业人士协会和佐治亚州立大学孔子学院联合主办的第十九届“亚城之春”春节晚会拉开了帷幕,亚特兰大华人期待已久的己亥猪年春节晚会揭开了神秘的面纱。

晚会演出之前,由亚特兰大专业人士协会ACP会长曾冰女士主持本次活动的特邀嘉宾发言。出席2019“亚城之春”春节晚会活动的特邀嘉宾有中华人民共和国驻休斯顿总领馆吴志宏领事、丁哲煜领事,富尔顿郡Fulton County郡长罗伯·皮茨Rob Pitts,佐治亚州立大学副教务长、孔院院长沃夫冈·施勒尔Wolfgang Schloer先生等当地官员。近千座位的里亚托艺术中心座无虚席,共同庆祝中华民族的传统佳节,欢庆己亥年的春节。

富尔顿郡郡长罗伯·皮茨Rob Pitts首先代表富尔顿郡政府致辞,他热情洋溢的向亚特兰大华人和华人朋友致以猪年快乐农历新年快乐的问候,他说到“无论你来自哪里,我们都是家人朋友!共聚此时,衷心祝愿亚特兰大华人新年快乐,猪年大吉!”

 

中华人民共和国驻休斯敦领事馆领事吴志宏代表李强明总领事,代表休斯顿总领馆在现场向亚特兰大地区各界人士和广大侨胞拜年,并发表了新春致辞。在致辞中,高度赞誉美南地区广大华人华侨维护祖国和平统一,支持祖国发展,以勤劳、智慧、诚信的优秀品质,团结互助,为推动中国和美南各领域的交流合作做出了重要的贡献。他在致辞中强调中华专业人士协会在推动中美友好,促进中美文化、商贸与技术交流、团结华人社区等方面取得不菲的成就,总领馆对此表示高度赞赏,希望大家守望相助,一如既往地发挥纽带和桥梁作用,为社区带去积极的影响,为中美之间的各类交流合作做出更大的贡献!

随后,佐治亚州立大学副教务长沃夫冈·施勒尔Wolfgang Schloer先生发表讲话,感谢大家共聚此次盛会,特别感谢四川省歌舞剧院代表团不远万里来到亚特兰大,倾情为当地人民带来了民族舞蹈、川剧变脸、琵琶、茶技功夫、杂技等极具中国特色的表演,并代表佐治亚州立大学祝大家新春快乐,万事如意。

中华专业人士协会会长曾冰女士代表ACP协会的全体理事给大家拜年!她在发言中衷心祝愿在座的各位朋友,以及华人社区和关心华人的所有朋友们猪年吉祥,万事如意,身体安康,阖家幸福! 并感谢中华人民共和国驻休斯敦总领馆和中国文化部的大力支持,感谢四川省委宣传部、四川文化和旅游厅、四川省外事办公室和四川省歌舞剧院代表团。她表示能非常荣幸的在中国传统节日春节之际,在远离祖国万里之遥的美国零距离地欣赏来自祖国的精彩表演,亚特兰大华人和美国朋友们得到的不仅仅是一种惊喜,一份享受,更是一片温暖和一番真情!于此同时,曾冰衷心感谢多年来一直支持ACP的合作伙伴、赞助商和个人。欣赏过精彩绝伦的丰富演出之后,2019“亚城之春”春节晚会在李继红、莫光远、甄莹、大卫、Jennifer五位主持人对亚特兰大华人华侨和朋友们新年的美好祝愿声中圆满结束。“难忘今宵”的旋律再次响起,人们依依惜别,不愿离去,相约明年“亚城之春”再见!

On February 10th, 2019, hosting by Association of Chinese Professionals (ACP), co-hosting by Georgia State University Confucius Institute, the 19th “Spring in Atlanta” Chinese New Year Gala Performance curtained at The Rialto Center for the Arts in Atlanta. The familiar spring prelude led the crowd to welcome the Year of the Pig.

ACP Chair Ms. Zeng Bing gave a warm welcome to the special guests. Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in Houston consul Mr. Wu Zhi Hong, consul Mr. Ding Zhe Yu; Fulton County Sheriff Mr. Rob Pitts; GA State University Deputy Dean, Confucius Institute Chief Dean Mr. Wolfgang Schloer along with other local officials and the nearly a thousand audience, gathered under one roof to celebrate the traditional Chinese New Year festival.

On behalf of the Fulton County, Sheriff Mr. Rob Pitts extended his genuine greeting. He said “No matter where you are from, we are all friends and families! Together here, I sincerely wish Atlanta Chinese relatives happy and fortunate in the Year of the Pig!”

Consul Mr. Wu Zhi Hong represented Consul general Mr. Li Qiang Ming and the entire Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in Houston. He gave the New Year speech to the Chinese compatriots. In his words, Mr. Wu praised Chinese in the southern region for their excellent quality of hard work, wisdom and integrity that embraced and supported China’s reunification and development. He also commended the contribution and positive impact ACP has achieved through promoting the exchange of culture, business and technology.

Subsequently, GA State University Deputy Dean Mr. Wolfgang Schloer expressed gratitude to the China SiChuan Theatre Delegation for their brilliant performances of dance, lute, opera, acrobatics etc. filled with Chinese characteristics.

ACP Chair Ms. Zeng Bing with all directors articulated their sincere appreciation to all especially the support from government officials, partners, sponsors and individuals. She further shared her honor of enjoying such an authentic Chinese show with friends and families while away from the motherland. As the melody of “How Unforgettable Tonight Is” rings, hosts Ms. Li Ji Hong, Mr. Mo Guang Yuan, Ms. Zhen Ying, Mr. David and Ms. Jennifer concluded the magical evening… Farewell, and may we gather again in the next “Spring in Atlanta”!
